Carousing Celine

General Notes UNM version of Capricious Cassie. Resistances are based off of Capricious Cassie's values, and are assumed. Fire is certainly a weakness though. Carousing Celine has low HP. Like all Morbols it has low melee delay. Sweet Breath applies sleep and resets enmity for those it lands on. Bad Breath is more potent than usual. Notably the blind and poison (~-200/tic) to any DDs. Carousing Celine will then gain a random aura from one of the effects of Bad Breath. Upon gaining the aura all debuffs are removed from Carousing Celine. The aura may be removed via applying the same debuff as the effect of the aura to Carousing Celine. Melee Accuracy caps at ~1150 or less. See the Discussion page for published testimonials.
