Sub-quest

While not technically quests, Octavien has another functionality that you can activate if you speak to him while wearing a Runic Weapon or Arrow (bangles do not work to trigger the quest).

The following actions yield three obtainable titles:

• Refuse to part with the equipment 7 times - Maester of Maddening
• Trade him any Runic Item after agreeing in the dialogue - Runic Emissary
• Trade him 20,000 Bayld worth of Runic Items in one trade - Blade Enthusiast
  • Weapons - 3,500
  • Arcane Flowerpot/Rune Bangles - 1,200
  • Rune Arrow - 200

• Must have progressed through Legacies Lost and Found and received Key Item: "Secrets of Runic Enhancement" in order to start the Sub-quest -- MrBrightsighed 2026
