- If any member of a party gets aggro, even with 0 enmity, Ischyros Sandworm will not reset until all members of that player's party are defeated.
Doomvoid can be used at 40% or less HP, although as with any monster, being under 25% HP will force it to use an ability immediately upon reaching 100%.

Upon defeat, upgrades treasure chests in Apollyon for the following 4-week cycle.
- Has no effect on treasure chests in the ongoing cycle.
