For the synergy version of the recipe (which uses always-available materials):

• Requires an Alchemy level of 90 (can still be Adept rank) and a Woodworking level of 88 to avoid "That recipe is impossible at your craft skill level".
• Gear, Furniture, and support can allow earlier access. It is possible to meet these requirements on a single character if you opt to not max a craft.
• It is possible to solo synergize this if you meet the above requirements and carefully handle balancing the elemental fewell feeding.
