In addition to Ululation, Magma Hoplon, Scorching Lash, and Lava Spit, Amarok can "Howl" without a chat log message similar to Black Shuck in Better Than One. It is impossible to proc while he is "Howl"ing He will use another TP Move (or cast a spell) immediately after howling, which may also be another howl.
