- Exact trait progression and potency is unclear and difficult to test.
- Contributes towards the 80% Casting Time reduction cap, but does not affect recast.
- Further tests using AutoExec have shown that the value is roughly 30% (See References).

- Via BLM Gifts, an additional 8% is obtainable.
