The Notorious Monster Stinging Sophie spawns on Zegham Hill.

The Monument for the quest Hearts of Mythril is on the top of Zegham Hill, along with one of Vana'diel's few seen grave yards.

Since normal citizens may no longer to go to Revelation Rock, many Galkas travel to the top of Zegham Hill for their Journey of Rebirth.
