General Notes Lottery Spawn from a Goblin Leecher located in Beetle's Burrow around (D-11), every 20-30 minutes. Originally respawned every 60-70 minutes, but was reduced in the November 2013 update. Enter the (J-7) tower in East Sarutabaruta to reach Beetle's Burrow (Area inside Inner Horutoto Ruins). The NM will always spawn inside the room beyond the Cracked Door at (D-11). The Placeholder can either spawn inside or outside of the NM room. Placeholder IDs: 87 (inside) and 6E (outside) Placeholder respawn time is 5 minutes. Placeholder 6E spawns near the south cracked wall. The other three Goblin Leechers are irrelevant.
