Cause

This error occurs after POL-4001 for some ISPs after being logged in for some amount of time (half an hour?)

Resolution

  • Go to the PlayOnline launcher (first screen before logging in)
  • Select "Network Settings"
  • Enable "Network Connection Check"
  • Save and log in
