Fastest route is via the Toraimarai Canal Survival Guide and then enter Inner Horutoto Ruins, use the warp at (H-6) placing you in front of the Three Mage Gate. Seems to be fairly quick to respawn, it is possible to get all three kills for trial in an hour About a 5 minute respawn for PH.
