Walkthrough
- Talk to the Nomad Moogle near Maat.
- Give him 15 merits to receive Heart of the bushin, which allows you to access the Merit Weapon Skills.
- ≥357 Skill in a weapon is required to use the Merit Weapon Skills, but not necessary to complete this quest.
