Luopan Potency +25% (rounded down), including the effect of Geomancy+ equipment.
- Stacks additively with Blaze of Glory.
- Cannot be used while under the effect of Bolster.
Increases Luopan's HP consumption by 6 HP/tick, decreasing lifespan from 70 ticks (210s) to 56 ticks (168s).
Operates on a shared recast timer with Lasting Emanation.
- Stacks with Lasting Emanation if the recast is up.
Unlike Blaze of Glory, only affects Luopans which have already been placed.
