Notes
- Once augmented the Rem's Tale Ch.3 cost for reforging is reduced from x10 to x5.
- Enhances Tranquility and Equanimity by increasing the proc rate of the weather potency bonus by 15% per merit level.
- So with Aurorastorm and 5/5 Tranquility, you would have a 100% chance of receiving the +10% Weather bonus on your Cure spells stacked with Tranquility even without Korin Obi.
