Notes
- Reduces damage when blocking with a shield.
- Reduces damage by a constant value regardless of shield type at all times.
- This reduction is a direct subtraction of the trait value in damage taken on block. The tier IV trait is literally minus 8 points of damage on block.
- This is applied before PDT reductions. Thus the potency of this trait is reduced by PDT. At 50% PDT you would only see -4 damage from the tier IV trait.
