Trade enough [[Crystals]] to the [[Conquest NPC]] to raise your Rank bar and unlock the Mission, then accept it from the [[Gate Guard]].

*Talk to [[Leepe-Hoppe]] on the roof of the '''Rhinostery''', located in the southern half of [[Windurst Waters]] near [[Home Point]] #3.
**The correct dialogue involves [[Rukususu]] and [[Kerutoto]].
