** ''(Optional)'' Speak to [[Ailbeche]] in [[Northern San d'Oria]] (J-9). You can ask about his father or grandfather, but only one at a time. You will need to zone if you want to ask him the other option.<br />
* Speak to [[Landeric]] in [[Jugner Forest (S)]] (G-5).<br />
**Zone into [[Jugner Forest (S)]] from [[East Ronfaure (S)]], using the [[Survival Guide]] for the fastest route.<br />
* Speak to [[Exoroche (S)]] at [[Southern San d'Oria (S)]] (K-9) to receive a {{Item Tooltip|Bronze Sword}}.<br />
* Trade the Bronze Sword to [[Exoroche (S)]] (K-9) for a brief cutscene. He will return it to you.<br />
