*Gives information about the relative [[Enmity]] levels of your party to all party members within 30' of the [[Scholar]].
**Does not give information about alliance members' level of enmity, only the members of the party of the user.
*Displays total CE+VE as a percentage.
**The percentage shown is based on the level of enmity the player with the most enmity has at the time of use.
***e.g. If player A has 500 CE 200 VE, and player B has 300 CE 50 VE; then Libra will state that player A's enmity = 100% and player B's enmity = 50%.
****Should both players gain 400 more CE, then when Libra is used again, it will state that player A's enmity = 100% and player B's enmity = 68%.
****Or should only player B gain 400 more CE, then when Libra is used again, it will either state: that player A's enmity = 100% and player B's enmity = 107%; or that player A's enmity = 93% and player B's enmity = 100%; depending on the timing of when Libra is used.
