Is considered a Gaze Attack with a field of vision of about 70 degrees on the mob. Cait doesn&#039;t have to maintain eye contact; it is only needed to have the position right at the time the pact goes off.<br /> * Amnesia lasts 12-15s and doesn&#039;t seem to be affected by resistances building so it is always 12-15s unless magic accuracy is too low for the mob you&#039;re using it on.<br /> * Pet debuffs have no notice that they fall off, so it is impossible to know if it was partially resisted or falls off early until a mob starts doing a TP move.<br /> * Silence can last over 20s, but resistance builds quickly to it, until the point it immediately falls off or is outright resisted.<br /> * If Silence is already on a target, the Amnesia component will still go on while the Silence part of Eerie Eye will fail to have an effect.<br /> <br /> [[Category:Blood Pact]]</div>
