* Reduces Casting time and [[Spell Recast]] by a further 10% under [[Light Arts]] or [[Dark Arts]].
** Stacks into the [[Scholar]] [[Job Ability]] term.
** Does not affect spells that are affected by [[Celerity]]/[[Alacrity]]/[[Accession]]/[[Manifestation]]
* Once augmented the [[Rem's Tale Ch.1]] cost for reforging is reduced from x10 to x5. 
** Enhances [[Altruism]] and [[Focalization]] by increasing the odds that a weather-related [[Magic Accuracy]] bonus will activate by 15% per merit level.
*** This is similar to wearing an Obi with weather, and does not stack with it.
